Dickens & Hawthorne Australia has been operating for over 30 years, providing toiletries, bath and body care, gifts, skincare, bathroom accessories, aromatherapy, personal care and home fragrances to the Australian and International gifts, home wares and cosmetics market. We have a loyal following for our own brands as well as the custom designed ranges we develop for our clients. We remain a family owned and operated businessand pride ourselves on creating the perfect product for each customer.

Dickens & Hawthorne has successfully captured and retained niche market business opportunities whilst simultaneously being able to satisfy mainstream commercial demand. We are constantly generating new and exciting ideas for gift solutions, and are currently exporting to Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Dubai, Hong Kong, NZ, USA, UK, Singapore, New Zealand and Canada.

We currently attend over 10 national and international trade fairs in both a supplier and buyer capacity.

This gives us constant access to up to the minute styles, trends, packaging ideas and more.  We also work together with our various suppliers to develop formulations for products and fragrances to ensure we are leaders of innovation in the industry.

All of our products are designed by our Product Development Manager, Sarah Jackson.  Sarah works with a team of artists and formulation specialists to design and create innovative, contemporary products with beautifully designed packaging.

Our soaps are lovingly made in The Soap Factory in New Zealand, which has been operating for over 140 years.  All of our liquids are produced on site or contracted to specialist manufacturers and our packaging is sourced from both local and foreign suppliers.

Our products merchandise well in gift, pharmacy and major retail chains. Some countertop display products are available, and signage can be made for each range. Depending on the range and size of store area we are also able to work with a team to create an ‘easy set up’ display option for you.
