Dickens & Hawthorne Australia has been operating for many years, providing toiletries, bath and body care, gifts, skincare, Bathroom accessories, aromatherapy, personal care and home
fragrances to the Australian and International gifts, home wares and cosmetics market.
We have a loyal following for our own brands as well as the Private Label ranges we develop with some of our customers.
We remain a family owned and operated business after 30 years and pride ourselves in creating the perfect product for each customer.

Over the years we have supplied all major Australian department stores such as Myers, David Jones, Target, Kmart, Priceline as well as most Pharmacy chains, and small independent retail stores throughout the country.
Dickens & Hawthorne has successfully captured and retained niche market business opportunities whilst simultaneously being able to satisfy mainstream commercial demand.
We are constantly generating new and exciting ideas for gift solutions, and are currently exporting to Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Dubai, Hong Kong, NZ, USA and the UK

We currently attend over 10 national and international trade fairs in both a supplier and buyer capacity.
This gives us constant access to up to the minute styles, trends, packaging ideas and more.
We also work along side our various suppliers to develop formulations for products and
fragrances that keep us ahead of many of our competitors.

All of our products are designed by our Product Development Manager, Sarah Jackson.
Sarah works with a team of artists and formulation specialists to design our own product ranges for distribution as well as Private Label ranges for many of our local and international customers.

At our offices and warehouse in Sydney, Australia we take our products from conception to delivery.

Our soaps are lovingly made in The Soap Factory in New Zealand, which has been operating for over 140 years.

All of our liquids are produced on site or contracted to specialist manufacturers.

Our packaging is sourced from both local and foreign suppliers.

Our products merchandise well in gift, pharmacy and major retail chains. Some countertop display products are available, and signage can be made for each range. Depending on the range and size of store area we are also able to work with a team to create a ‘easy set up’ display option for you.
